10Verified ReviewMy boiler had stopped working. I called Leicestershire Plumbing and Heating and Suleman from company came out later the same day. When Suleman arrived, he asked a few questions then went to work on it. He went straight to the electrode I think he called it. He took it out and showed me the piece – top end looked like it was burnt completely. Fitted a new piece the next day as he had to get it ordered in. Worked first time. Its been 3 weeks since then all is great. Would I call Suleman for other work? Yes.

10Verified ReviewHe asked me questions to understand the job properly and asked me to send a video of the work space. After reviewing the footage he confirmed he could do the work and gave a quote. His quote was a little higher than other people I had contacted but they gave me a quote without even asking questions about the job or looking at what needed doing. Mr Peer's process gave me more confident that the quote would not suddenly rise on the day and that the work can and will be done. One the work day Mr peer was timely professtional and friendly. Good grasp of english made it easy to convey preferences
