  The nicest and most reliable cleaning team we have ever used. Leila and Dave and their team turned up each week without fail and were always so lovely. They are quick and whip round the house really well each week. It was so nice having them to help keep on top of the house. Could not recommend them more.

  You couldn’t ask for a better cleaning service. Dave and Leila were brilliant from the get go, able to meet my needs and come on a Saturday morning at short notice. Great communication. They were friendly and helpful, brought their own products and completed the clean quickly - but to a very high standard. Will definitely be booking again in the near future. Thank you both.

• Deep cleaning

  I requested a visit/quotation for my sister. As my sisters health has deteriorated she's been unable to keep up with the cleaning of her flat. Dave and Leila arrived and were extremely professional. My sister got on with them straight away and didn't feel judged. Dave and Leila organised the following week for a deep clean. They text when on their way, were professional in their approach and were extremely chatty putting my sister at ease. The flat looked amazing afterwords and they will be visiting my sister every two weeks to help with cleaning. We would highly recommend the team.

  Poor cleanly standards - 3 attempts/visits to achieve a reasonable result. Simple cleaning tasks not completed, many surfaces left untouched on flat surfaces and in kitchen units. They turned up without a vacuum cleaner and used ours. Unprofessional appearance: a uniform or some form of professional attire is required to identify them to tenants and neighbours concerned about seeing strangers at a student let property. Carpet cleaner came with a basic DIY unit and barely touched the staining on the carpet. Another disappointing factor was they left the back door wide open.

  The cleaners arrived on time and were very polite. However, the level of cleaning was disappointing. There were marks on the walls which were missed and were easily removable. Window and door frames were cleaned on the visible areas but behind the doors and around the openings of the doors and window frames were missed. Oven still had marks on which have since been removed by myself.
