If you have Luke as your builder, you will be able to relax in the knowledge you will get a competitive (transparently costed) price, a tidy, clean, courteous, prompt service, quality workmanship, finished on time and on budget. I would unreservedly recommend him.

    Luke was absolutely perfect. He provided good advice prior to the build, a comprehensive and fair quote. At each stage of the build he kept us informed and payments were requested according to the agreed schedule. Build times were in line with what we expected. We were never overcharged and Luke was always polite, friendly and honest. I do not think we could have asked any more. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

    I am really pleased with the work completed by Luke. As a single woman who knows nothing about building and how much jobs should cost, I felt that luke was really honest and trustworthy. He gave me a good price and explained the costs involved and how long it would take. He gave me the option to buy materials myself or for him to order them and I really valued the choice and transparency. He was very respectful on the job (and his labourers) and I felt comfortable with him. I would recommend and will be using him again.

My name is Luke Kenney. 


I am the director of LGK Construction Ltd. I project manage and carry out all the building works myself, with a team of certified professionals with over 18 years experience in each area of the building trade. 


We are a local construction company, based in Warwick, we specialise in the building trade from new builds to extensions, alterations and landscaping. 


Our attention to detail and cleanliness is second to none as we pride ourselves on clean safe working conditions and providing a high level of customer service and professionalism. 


We strive to exceed our client's expectations on every project, down to the finest detail.


Having work going on in your home can be stressful and we aim to minimise this by behaving with integrity and treating you and your home with respect. 


While work is underway we will guide you through each stage of the build helping your design become reality and provide support aswel as working alongside regulatory building control services.


You will have complete reassurance that the work carried out complies with building regulations and is to a very high standard. 


I started my business LGK Construction Ltd back in 2015. 


My knowledge and experience over the past 18 years has been specialising in private residential properties doing extensions, new builds, landscaping, renovations and much more. 


Many renovation projects we have completed date back to the early 1930's ranging from Victorian, Edwardian and grade 1 & 2 listed barns one of which dates back nearly 500 years. We have also carried out works on many extension projects with many satisfied customers
