10Verified ReviewThe first time I used Dean was when my heating had stopped working. Dean diagnosed and resolved the issue very quickly, which was brilliant as it was winter at the time. I have used Dean loads of times since for other work I have needed doing. Dean always explained things when I have had issues in the house and often gave a couple of options to get it fixed. Dean is efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and always tidies up when he has finished, nothing is too much trouble for him I will definitely be using him again when there is more work to be done
