10Verified ReviewJohn identified the source of water that was flooding my patio. It was not straight forward and quite a few tradesmen had wrongly identified a flat roof as the problem. My newly laid patio was constantly flooding. John persevered and spent a great deal of time identifying where the constant flow of water was coming from (under a static building). His recommendation has fixed the issue and I am delighted with the outcome.

10Verified ReviewJohn was recommended and he visited very soon after our initial contact. He actually cleared one drain on this visit, and then quoted to clear the other two and provide a detailed report on the general state of the two runs. We agreed to the quote, and Sean carried out the work, again within a very short timescale. The detailed report included diagrams, photos and scans of the two runs, and a quote for the further work identified to ensure no future problems. We are currently digesting the report, and will authorise the work, once we have established our 2024 schedule of works.
