    A section of rendering on our balcony ceiling had fallen down requiring repair. I had a solution in mind (to replace the render with wooden slats) which I thought would be a simpler, less messy fix and easier to and maintain. I had several quotes of around £2k to complete the job. When Ian came round he persuaded me that patching the render would be a better solution and would cost less than a quarter of the existing quotes. The roofers who did the repair were on time, courteous and did an excellent job. They also left the site tidy and clean. A good job all round. Thank you!
