One of those jobs was a particularly tricky boiler fix which ended up taking longer than necessary due to poor support from a manufacturer, however Living Waters did not pass that cost on to me and instead persisted in getting the situation resolved on their own time. The boiler was relocated from the kitchen to the airing cupboard giving us more space and less eyesore downstairs.
