    Really nice and friendly team. We met the director for the initial project discussion and he answered all the questions we had. Very soon after the meeting we received a quote with a really detailed breakdown of costs. The project manager was great at problem solving. The trades people were all brilliant, particularly the bathroom tiler and electricians. The office team were responsive on the group WhatsApp for things like skip change overs. Philomena in the office has also been great support in getting things over the line with snag.

    I hired LMB Group to do my loft conversion at the back end of 2023. Work commenced the end of January 2024. The initial Sales Representative explained the whole process at my home and sent a competitive quote within a few days. I hired LMB as they had completed a number conversations in my area to a high standard, and wanted them to be the same at my home. The Customer service was great if I had any queries, and I was appointed a Project Manager to keep me updated on the various tradesmen that would be scheduled.

    We have had the best experience with this building company all the way through from start to finish. I was initially recommended by a neighbour, after receiving half hearted quotes from other companies who did not seem to make it easy, at least for someone like myself with no building experience. Lee Murphy and his team took care of every aspect of my loft conversion including all the plans/permits etc and stuck to the time frame quoted, in fact earlier and bang on budget. I have always been dubious when it comes to the building trade, but LMB have nothing but impressed me with their professio

    LMB have delivered our loft conversion on time, to budget and to a high standard. The price was competitive and we’ve been impressed across the board as to the quality of workmanship, the coordination of the project by PM Ollie (including being kept up to date via WhatsApp in a project group with all of the trades) as well as the attention that Lee,Ricki and Philomena in the office have paid to the customer service provided. It is daunting having work done like this, but LMB have made the process as stress-free as possible and we’d recommend them to anyone thinking of doing a loft conversion.

    Dorma Loft Conversion LMB were great from start to finish. For what could have been an incredibly stressful time, LMB made my experience of a major building project relatively painless. Yes, there were issues, which anyone would expect on such a venture, but LMB were quick to respond and put things right (even going as far as sending flowers to my neighbours to apologise for excess noise from the scaffolding). Ricki, the sales rep and the first person I met from LMB, was friendly, knowledgeable and understood my requirements whilst coming up with some great ideas to incorporate into the quot
