He responded quickly to my request to resolve the issue which proved more difficult than thought with stop cocks stuck fast and the main stopcock proved a bit of a nightmare too. He is coming back next week to sort out yet another problem that I’ve discovered and I’ve got complete confidence that he will sort it out for me. Lee is extremely polite and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Lee, you are a star.
