  From the start I had a good feeling about Leigh and the work that would be done. The quotation was very thorough when he came round to scope out the job and all the right questions were asked. Communication was excellent throughout the process leading up to and during the job. Ian did the fitting of the new tiling and shower. He was on time each day, polite and asked questions whenever clarity was required for how we would have liked something to look. Great tidiness too. In the end the level of craftmanship was excellent and we are very satisfied with our new shower. Can't recommend enough.

• Bathroom Fitout

  From the moment Leigh started to quote for the work I had high expectations of the company. He was thorough in what he quoted for, he offered me the bathroom I was envisaging. He didn’t try and add extra items that were not necessary like others. Iain fitted the bathroom, on his own. He got on with the work, asking questions when necessary. He was polite and ensured the house was kept tidy each evening. I was away for the second week but on my return I was delighted at the results. Excellent workmanship. Can not fault it in anyway and price was competitive. Would definitely recommend.

• Clean work and beautiful result

  Contacted LME for quote. They came over quickly and were very receptive to our needs, writing everything down as needed. We had a few iterations and quickly got estimate quotes for all changes. LME staff were always available for questions and kept us in the loop through the entire refurb, making sure everything was to our liking. The work ended up taking a bit longer than initially estimate due to some unforeseen things. But staff always left things as clean as possible causing us minimal disruption. The end result is beautiful and we are very pleased!

• Downstairs bathroom and Replacement Flooring

  We were pleased to receive an itemised quote detailing the downstairs bathroom and flooring work to be completed. This proved useful later on as a checklist for the work done and we realised we’d had some little extras included at no cost. The work did start a couple of days later than we expected but boy did they make up for it working so hard to catch up. Mark worked his socks off . He was so tidy and professional. He even worked the weekend with our agreement. We couldn’t fault his and the other lads’ work. We’re so pleased with the end result. We definitely use lME again
