Boiler service, fixing leak and landlord Gas certificate

He’s been very reliable and been arranging with the tenants when the gas certificates are due for renewal. His workmanship is of high quality. Most importantly he doesn’t create extra work to get money! He told us an old boiler will be fine and not to replace it even though we were going to ask him to replace it. We appreciate his trustworthiness.
