• Large Porch Extension

  Laurence and his team did a great job completing our large front porch extension. He delivered the work on cost (where possible) and on time. Small unavoidable tweaks to the plan due to unforeseen issues were discussed before being actioned and Laurence was always available to discuss stylistic points (such as the incorporation of a large skylight) during the build.

  Laurence and the team worked really well to deliver the brief and were meticulous in planning it. We well consulted across the build and asked what direction we wished to take things as the project evolved. Price and additional costs that came up were discussed in advance and the quotation was delivered in segments as worked was completed, removing any dangers of overruns and extensive pre payment ahead of work being done. LM Quin were considerate to our neighbours and polite and respectful in all interactions. The ultimate outcome is what we wanted and it was an all round good experience.

  Laurence and the team did a great job with our kitchen knock through and rear extension. The project involved internal wall removal, new rear extension with supporting steels and fitting new kitchen, utility and hallway storage. We were kept informed throughout the project which was completed in a timely manor. We are really pleased with the end results! Thank you Laurence

  Laurence, Nathan and team renovated our kitchen, utility room and removed a wall installing steels. They also installed herring bone flooring across the front room, kitchen and utility room, with associated plumbing and electrics. Work was done to a very good standard and on time; the team were pleasant, helpful and responsive if the plan needed changing at all. Really pleased with the finally product and we'd use the team again for any work we need doing.
