Luke was very knowledgeable in knowing what was needed and understanding what I was looking for Quoted me the whole job whilst on the phone which was very competitive. He was able to come out same day to install. Very friendly and swift. After an hour all locks were changed and Luke even readjusted one hinges on my French doors where it was sticking. Couldn't recommend Lock East Ltd more! Thank you
