    Put the wrong key in door got it jammed came out straight away at 22.00 did it in a couple of mins and didn’t even charge us there’s not many tradesman will do that brilliant would def recommend this co to anyone

    After finding ourselves locked out quite late at night, we called Joe after a quick Google search. He came out and managed to get us into the house with minimal damage to the lock. Joe was out to us within 20 minutes and the job was sorted in less than 10! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Thanks again :)

    I didn't ask for the gentleman's name (Lockfit Sunderland) but he turned up on time, was friendly and courteous and did a great job. He had the locks to do the job and it was all completed efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend him. I live near Yarm and he says he covers this area too.

    Called Joe last year as my front door was locked from inside and called around 8pm and he was lovely and came out and was able to replace the mechanism in the door for me. Was polite and friendly and did a great job.
