    Wonderful service!! Responded promptly to my initial questions as we didn’t know what was wrong with the lock, the door had jammed shut, handle was loose, we were concerned that it could be broken into. Kindly arranged to come over on a Sunday morning, arrived on time, explained what he needed to do to assess the fault, showed us, explained what the issue was, agreed to continue and fixed it! Amazing! Charged a very reasonable price which we were very happy with, relieved the door did not need to be replaced etc, highly recommend!

  • Emergency front door lock

    Mike arrived within 15 minutes. Our key was turning in the lock and not opening the door. Mike had a magic touch and it opened immediately. He used his experience to determine the reasons why it had worked for us and worked out the door was warped and needed to be pulled inwards before turning the key. He then saw the culprit was a couple of small gravel stones from the driveway had got caught in the door surround and removed these and it worked perfectly again. He was courteous and helpful and only charged the call out fee.

He was also friendly and kindly gave me a low charge for the third lock he replaced (which I had forgotten about when I asked for the quote). He also gave us plenty of keys for each lock which is really useful. I would certainly recommend.

 We are fully trained, vetted and  Insured  and DBS checked.
