Arrived on time and was very polite and explained what he would do. Pointed out another issue we had with another door and gave me advice to sort it. Literally wouldn’t use anyone else if any other problems with locks A1 service

Very professional from start to finish, gave us a fixed quote on the phone and immediately sent a receipt once the work had been carried out. Arrived within the hour and was very friendly!
