    Craig did a brilliant job of fitting a new lock to our front door. The door itself is Victorian and has had several locks fitted before. Care was taken to fit the lock without damaging the door or frame. Craig was both knowledgeable and professional.

    Craig returned my call very quickly and came to see the problem the same day, after finding the problem he went found and ordered the parts after contacting me regarding the price etc. 3 days later he was back in touch again to say the parts had arrived and arrange a suitable time to carry out the work. He arrived on time and carried out the work quickly leaving no mess. He was also very friendly, I could not fault Craig at all and would highly recommend him
