I was really impressed by his intelligent approach to problem-solving and his choice of techniques for releasing the lock. I was also really pleased that he not only let me watch (I was really interested to see how he did it) but also that he explained what he was doing at each stage. It was obvious that Scott knew exactly what he was doing and also that he has a wide field of knowledge with regard to locks in general. Also offered aftersales help too. Thanks Scott
