    Contacted Will late in the evening, I had a response straightaway which was great. Arranged a convenient time for the following morning when the locks were changed without any issues. Good efficient courtesy service so would definitely use again and recommend.

    William prepared me for having to replace the whole lock, but spent time carefully diagnosing the issue and so realised that only the outside and inside handles needed to be changed. This saved me money in parts and labour. William serviced and lubricated the old lock before fitting the new handles. I appreciated his care and attention and desire to avoid replacing parts that didn’t need to be.

    Will from lockfit rang yesterday and came today to look at 2 nonfunctioning locks. He sent a long time trying to fix mine but it turned out to be a structural problem with the door frame itself. Then he went next door to look at the second lock. This one he replaced a part of the lock. He only charged for the replacing the part and refused to take anything for the time he spent on our lock. Amazing service. Thank you so much
