  • Front door latch & lock broken

    Typically my front door decided 11:45pm was the perfect time play up, the lock was jammed and the latch wasn’t connecting. Meaning not only could I not lock the door I couldn’t even close the door as it was just swinging back open. I had a call back from Alex straight away who drove nearly 2 hours to come and help in the middle of the night!! He fixed the issue and explained the aftercare and how I would be able to rectify this in the future if this issue occurs again. Couldn’t recommend Alex enough. Thank you so much! ☺️
