    Lewis from Lockfit Oxford/Banbury were fantastic, very efficient, kind and careful with the work, taking the time to explain the different options to us. We had an extra gate lock fixed, and Lewis went out of his way to make sure the gate was opening and closing well, even though it’s a rickety old gate. Thanks very much for all the help!

    1. Ring and its obvious you're dealing with a local company and not some national organisation sub- contracting the work to who knows who in your area and inflating the price accordingly. 2. A fixed price plus parts. Other national quotes very open ended and potentially 2 to 3 times more expensive. 3. Sent photos and video so could see exactly what was required before quoting. I liked that. 4. Personable young man and a quick worker. 5. No parts needed as repaired the faulty component. 6. Also fixed other issues with the doors I'd forgotten to mention. Excellent job. Extremely pleased. Brilliant.
