James answered immediately, was there as soon as he said he would be, within a few hours and carried out the job quickly and efficiently with no fuss leaving me with a lock that was more secure than before. James is extremely friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him myself again.

10Verified ReviewA lock in my internal garage door failed and it became impossible for me to open the door. I found Lockforce online and called James. Who was available to come to my house immediately. It was a tricky problem, which he had not encountered before but he was able to cut the latch with an angle grinder and then remove the faulty lock and replace it with a new one. James had to make some small alterations in order for the new lock to fit, but he did so without any difficulty.
