  • Fixed a faulty lock

    We had a fault with our front door where we couldn’t lock the door, the engineer came out and was able to fix the issues straight away! They were very prompt and very professional. We would recommend.

    We were struggling to lock our door so we called and they were with us within the hour. Ben the engineer explained everything to us and explained the different options we could have. Ben was very polite and well mannered! I would 100% recommend!

    Barrel replaced in 12 minutes and a charge of £246! Next day I got in touch with Ben as the lock wasn't engaging properly using the handle. Ben told me that the door is a 'Cheap Composite' that isn't aligned properly which is causing the stiffness in the handle and that new handles were needed. I disagreed. His colleague returned, 10 mins later he found the problem,the exterior sill end cap was rubbing on the door frame. Pushed back in, lock engaged smoothly. Ben was trying to make unnecessary sales and failed. It had nothing to do with alignment or new handles. Beware of him at all costs.

    We wanted a door that would be more in keeping with the cottage style. Ben found the perfect one and got the nonstandard size we required. The fitters worked very quickly and fitted the door perfectly. They cleaned up after and left the entrance better than before the the work.. Highly recommend them.
