    Steve came on time as planned, assessed the problem, gave a quote for labour and a new lock gearbox. Next day he came back when he said he would with a new gearbox and finished the job. All with no fuss and everything explained. What more could you ask for? Steve doesn't do song and dance routines as far as I know.
