    Within half an hour of phoning the locksmith arrived. Very courteous and friendly, explained what he could do and the cost in advance. Efficient and experienced; replaced my lock with no hassle. Reasonable call out charge for a bank holiday and then just cost of lock with no additional labour charge.

  • Kitchen/garage door mortise lock failure.

    10Verified Review

    Mortise lock on door to garage failed with door in locked position preventing access to garage. Within 30 minutes from telephone call Kev arrived. He diagnosed the problem and tried a couple of ways to open lock with no luck. A different approach was more successful and with a little perseverance he managed to free the lock with little damage to door or door frame. A replacement new lock was fitted at the same time giving us peace of mind. Altogether a good result. Very pleased.
