    From first making contact through Checkatrade, and posting the job, Gavin had contacted me within 20 minutes. The job was booked in at the earliest convenience for the next day, even though I was entirely flexible and didn’t need emergency assistance. Both faulty locks were fixed within no time, with the alignments adjusted (which have never been right since the day we got the keys). Gavin also helped us out with an internal door that we asked him to look at whilst there and nothing was too much trouble. Pricing was good and can highly recommend!! Thank you

    Gavin of Locksmart Devon provided a quote for repairing the whole lock and for just repairing the gearbox. He responded quickly and arrived on time. I also asked for a replacement handle which he supplied at a reasonable price. Luckily only the gearbox required changing which he identified and replaced. He worked quickly, was very tidy and friendly. An excellent job; highly recommended.
