  Nathan was able to attend really quickly which was great as my tenant could not close her front door so felt unsafe. While the work was carried out Nathan kept me updated and sent a video of the problem so I was clear as to exactly what was happening. He fixed it within one hour. I am hugely satisfied with the work done as is my tenant. Will definitely use this company again should the need arise.

Nathan quickly drilled and replaced the lock, made extra keys, and kept us updated with photos and videos throughout. His fast, smooth service and excellent communication were impressive.
