    Arrived very promptly after making the initial call and resolved the issue without any fuss. Removed and cleaned the lock barrel, adjusted the hinges and the door opens and closes very smoothly now. Definitely a reputable business with emphasis of looking after the customer and providing an excellent service. Thank you Charlie.

    Had a call out to help change/repair key that was broken in the lock. They called to say a time they’ll be able to come fix our door and was within the same day. Charlie was very helpful and was able to fix the problem, gave us a few tips to help with the door and stop the lock from getting stiff. Top bloke. ???? Would definitely recommend this service!

I was lucky enough to learn my trade as an apprentice many years ago at the Master Locksmith Association.
