• Loft insulation - upon survey we examine the existing amount and condition of your loft insulation and discuss this with you. Should you require and choose to we can top up your existing insulation to meet the current 270mm standard in the UK. We also offer rafter insulation and lining which will not only keep your loft cooler in summer and warmer in winter but also keeps your loft space clean and tidy.
• Velux Windows - we offer supply and fitting of the industry leader in roof windows. If you would like natural light and fresh air in your loft space a velux window installation can be the answer.
• Access accessory's - lofts can be awkward and difficult to navigate at times and we supply a range of handrails, balustrades and custom structures to ensure you can access to loft as safely as possible. We will discuss your needs and offer the best solutions using our experience with previous customers
• Loft clearance - we normally ask that the contents of a loft are emptied before works commence however we can remove these for you for a small fee. We also offer full loft clearance services including disposing of contents, removal of contaminated insulation and loft cleaning.

Depending on the work required we will complete most jobs between 0.5 and 2 days and will protect your carpets and walls during works, we will vacuum and clean up leaving your home in perfect condition. we have public liability insurance and in the extremely rare case that any damage be caused during the works we will rectify at our expense.
