    No fuss, no mess (literally none) no drama install, quick, tidy and efficient. Very happy. The only minor suggestion I’d have is don’t bother with paper copies of everything (quote, invoice etc) or maybe give people the option? Appreciate some still appreciate!

    The admin team at Loft Storage Room company are first class. Your first impression of them over the phone couldn’t be better, courteous and personable, they listen to what you want and help you decide on the work. Surveyor was polite, tidy and respectful and the installers were on time, no mess, respectful of my home, and completed the work with no fuss and were extremely polite throughout. You can tell they are all working towards a collective goal of top rate customer service. I could not be happier. They also ensure I was able to stick to my budget in a time where cost of living is so high.
