  • Replacing a badly installed soil pipe

    I was in despair when left with a leaking soil pipe which had been very badly installed at great expense. Asllan of London Construction 24/7 came to the rescue. For not very much money (by comparison) he completely replaced the pipe and fitting, corrected a final problem promptly without requesting any additional payment, although a new part was needed, and produced a professional looking and properly functioning pipe which I can rely on to do its job effectively.

    Once date was agreed, work was completed in good time. Always kept area clean and tidy. I was unable to be on site most of the time but I was kept up to date with pictures as the job progressed. Finished to a high standard. Very pleased with finished work.

    My wall was damp. Asslan came promptly and looked at it and advised that the guttering and pipework should be checked, the downpipe re-routed and the water butt removed. He quoted for the work on the spot. When I had considered alternative quotes I asked Asslan to do the work. He did it over the weekend, very efficiently and tidied up afterwards, including taking away the old water butt. He also improved my next door neighbour's gutter at a low cost. I am delighted with Asslan 's work and his pleasant manner. I will be asking him back to do other jobs for me.
