    My washing machine broke and I booked via an aggregator page - London Fusion Repairs carried out the work. I selected a date on the next day and the technician showed up at 9AM next morning. Apparently from my error description they technician could already guess what might be broken as he already had the necessary replacement parts with him. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, fix it, and verify that the machine was operating normally again. All of that while being super friendly and really quick. This is as good as it gets, I am amazed.

    I provided them the make n model number despite that they showed up just to have a look and Ofcourse to get the call -out charges. After that they are giving me unreasonable timelines and making me wait. Rude customer service who point me to their t&c.

The first thing that London Fusion Repairs Ltd. performs is to do diagnostics of the faulty appliance. Once the problem is identified, we provide a further quote for the repair. If the engineer has the part in stock in his van, with customer approval, we can fix the appliance immediately. If a part is needed, we will order the part, and once it arrives, we will install it to your appliance. If the repair is found to be uneconomical, we will provide few replacement options.
