  • Replacement sash windows

    London Sash Works replaced several windows for us in 2018. There was a problem with condensation in 2020 when we were away during covid which they dealt with efficiently and effectively, and without question.. I had a problem with a jammed window last week, and although it was not a window they had fitted themselves, such is their customer service that Adam came round today and dealt with it swiftly. He made no charge, which is amazing, given it was not one of his windows.. BRILLIANT!

    If I could give London Sash Works an 11 - I would. Adam, Jacob and the crew were brilliant. They worked around me working from home, which wasn’t easy for them, navigated storms and all with a smile and the upmost politeness. From the first time I met Adam to the final handshake, I couldn’t fault them, they tidied up constantly and all such low maintenance, I only had to make two coffee’s and I think they were just being polite. Oh and the windows! Everything I had ever wished for and much much more. Top top job - so easy to deal with - I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Adam, Nick and the team did a fantastic job of completely refurbishing our casement bay windows. Adam first came over and talked through the various options, and promptly provided a quote. The windows were previously in very bad condition, and the job turned out to be a bit more time consuming than originally anticipated, but the team spent the extra time to get it done to an excellent standard. The whole team was very friendly and considerate. I would absolutely recommend London Sash Works.

    London Sash Works replaced all the sash windows in two bedrooms and the living room. Rotten sills had to be replaced too in the upstairs front room which had four sashes. Adam who quoted and supervised was friendly, responsive, polite and competent at dealing with communications. The whole team are well lead, well trained, considerate and friendly. The reviews here are good for a reason. I would like to commend them for such excellent workmanship, care of our property and good communication. They turned up on the dot every morning and worked hard every day to finish on schedule. 10/10

    Adam came round to quote for the works and discussed various options. One of the windows in the bathroom required working over the bath which was safely protected by Adam and his team. Would recommend them highly on any type of similar job.

We provide a full range of restoration and replacement services for all timber sash and casement windows.

In addition to timber, we can also offer very high quality and attractive uPVC windows from 'Roseview' and 'Residence 9'

We pride ourselves on having a flexible approach, always trying to find the best overall package to suit each customer's pocket.
