Very efficient and polite and importantly, left no mess. Good price and I’m happy that I could repair my oven instead of replacing which is a greener option. I’ll definitely call them out again and would recommend them.

9.25Verified ReviewMy 85 y/o neighbour broke his washing machine door. Lothian Domestic were quick to get in touch after I listed the job on check a trade & were able to arrange to take a look the following day. Parts were ordered and installed promptly. Worth noting that after a quote is provided you have to pay through their online system but this is understandable given people make short notice cancellations but a little inconvenient for elderly folk who aren't online. Both engineers were courteous and happy to chat with Pat and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend for repairs.

We believe customer service is the cornerstone of any business and we aim for complete customer satisfaction. We have a fully transparent approach to pricing, which means we do not have any hidden charges or fees and all of our costs are explained clearly when you book a call.
For your peace of mind, our appliance engineers are all fully trained and insured for all work they carry out. Our engineers all have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to appliances and also carry a well stocked selection of parts in their van and this is why the vast majority of our jobs are completed on the first visit, resulting in a quicker turnaround for you. Every one of our appliance engineers are police vetted and carry company identification with them at all times. You expect the best and by using us for your domestic appliance repairs, you can be sure you are getting the best.
