• Air source heat pump installation

  Richard and team have just installed an air source heat pump for us and I couldn’t be happier with it so far. The system is performing well and it’s a nice clean install. I’ll admit I was only 50/50 sure on whether it would be a good idea to go with a heat pump as there are a lot of poor installers out there, but I did my research into installers and Richard is clearly hugely knowledgeable and clued up on how best to design, fit and optimise the system. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lotus to anyone, great job and my thanks to Richard!

• Thermostatic Control on radiator replaced

  Lotus Gas have been looking after our boiler for the last 9 years or more. Richard's technical knowledge is outstanding and he has fixed boiler issues other engineers have failed to solve. We now don't go anywhere else as we trust his opinion completely. This was a straightforward thermostatic valve replacement on our radiator which was done swiftly and on time.

  So pleased with my new gas boiler, installed and commissioned by Richard @ Lotus Gas. Richard’s work is first class, he is a very meticulous and conscientious in everything he does. He is also reliable and hard working. Very happy that I chose a local engineer who is passionate about understanding his clients’ heating systems back to front, and happy to continue to do so throughout the systems’ lives. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Richard for any heating installation, service or repair work.

Richard is friendly, reliable and trustworthy. We’ve used him lots over the years for various work, would highly recommend.

• Installing a new boiler

  Richard is always helpful, organised and does what he says he will do in a tidy and timely way and we know that he always does a good job. Our old boiler was sadly irreparable so he fitted a new boiler in 2.5 days finishing on a Saturday so we could have heat again and explained how it works. We know that we can go to him if we have any questions and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  Richard was helpful and informative, letting us know what he was doing and giving recommendations to make our heating more efficient. Our appointment had to be moved but he gave us plenty of notice and was flexible about rescheduling. He arrived when he said he would and left everything as tidy as he found it.
