    We engaged Carl to clean our roof and gutters. After providing us with a quote, he was really forthcoming in discussing options and explaining what the work would be. On the day, he was careful not to damage anything in the house and again explained the process step by step. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The quote from LPB was the most expensive we received, but totally fair for a job well done.

    Carl was punctual, polite and did a good job removing all the weeds and moss growing on the roof tiles. Even came back to apply the biocide again (as it rained the first time he applied it). Still early days to see if the biocide works, but would ask to come back if needs cleaning again.
