  • Installing RSJ's and stud wall

    My original builder let me down on 6x6 extension and delayed project big time, had to go legal with him at the end. Contacted Jack to give me quote to knock down walls and install 2 RSJ's, stud wall and window. Accepted fair quotation. Despite he was busy he promised to fit me in on two weekends. Turned up on promised day with full well equipped team and pulled off 90% of job in one day. Remaining done the next day. Passed by building inspector no issues. I wish I would have hired him from start back in last year June when project started. Would highly recommend with no hesitation.

    Jack is organised and responds to messages quickly. He communicated well from initial contact, to organising a date for the job and finally, making sure that the work was completed to a standard that we were happy with. The team who came to remove our chimney were polite and friendly and did a fantastic job, with minimal mess, considering how much brick and dust had to be taken through the house! I'd highly recommend Jack and his team.

    To say that we were nervous to undertake such a huge job so close to Christmas was an understatement, but couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Jack and his LPH Construction team did for us. They turned up when they said they were going to, worked long days with little break and never left without tidying up. What they achieve in such a short space of time was unbelievable and all whilst being so polite and conscious of me still working from home. I could not recommend more highly and will certainly be giving them a call when the next project is underway.
