  Half way through the build. Very impressed with the pace of working. There is always the concern that work will take much longer than anticipated! The team have worked hard to keep to the time schedule despite LOTs of extra work needed. Thing we couldn’t foresee. We are transitioning now between 1st and 2nd fix soon and trust that the finish will be at a good standard.

  Project 1/3 We are one week into the project and the progress so far has been very impressive. It is clear Lukas and his team are experienced and efficient with their time. We have had issues getting in contact with our building control, but Lukas resolved this quickly. We look forward to seeing how the space evolves after meeting with MANY contractors we are very happy with our choice.

  I engaged LBL to undertake important renovation on my new house. From the beginning I found Lucas to be enthusiastic for the work (unlike others) and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of what is needed. I needed to convert my garage into usable space for indoor exercise purposes, and to alter the layout of my kitchen and living room. It's a terraced house so I also needed to soundproof the walls. I am now 4 weeks in to the project and all is going well. His team are professional, punctual, helpful and tidy. So far so good. I will write a new review on completion.

  Lucas was very prompt with providing a quote and thorough in his breakdown of costs. He has been very professional, and advised us thoughtfully throughout the project, keeping in mind budget constraints. He has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout and has always been polite and considerate. His team are also very skilled and hardworking. The quality of the work has been excellent and all at a fair and transparent price. We will definitely be using Lucas and his team again and would recommend his services to friends and family without hesitation
