    Outstanding service. Quick, easy and clear communication. Lucy arrived promptly and at the agreed time with no call out fee. Quickly identified and explained the problem with the lock and gave no pressure option for fixing this along with clear explanation of costs. She replaced the front door lock and was meticulous in her detail ensuring that the lock and keys fitted just right in a slightly awkward frame. Courteous, professional, efficient and reliable. 100% recommend.

    Lucy arrived on time and checked the existing lock that we were having problems with. She adjusted the position of the door strike plate and lubricated the mechanisms. The key would still not turn easily. Since the lock was over 25 years old, I decided to ask her to replace the lock completely. This she did and everything works perfectly now. Good job done - I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy.
