• Roof valley gutter and hip tiles

  After an initial on site meeting at a convenient time, I was provided with a quotation in a timely manner. Oringinally I only needed the roof valley fixed due to an obvious leak but once work started and scaffolding allowed access, it was thoughtfully pointed out that the hip tiles were loose and the concrete beneath was breaking away. I had experienced damp issues over the winter period and fixing all the roof issues in one go was a major benefit. The work was completed quickly considering the dodgy weather and I would happily recommend!

• Fix tiles and install vents to roof

  Very promptly dealt with broken tiles and advised for vents to go in the roof to help air circulation. Len also diagnosed a problem on our roof which is causing water to get in. Very informative and explained in detail what needed to be done. Len was helpful, tidy, extremely polite and also very understanding and flexible around my son, who has autism and noise sensitivity. Quick quote and super service all round. Thank you!

  They were prompt in replying to my query and polite. Very quick quote and this was put in writing as requested. When I asked them to go ahead, the work was completed within a week. They also pointed out a couple of other potential problems to be aware of with no pressure to get them sorted as they aren’t causing an issue at the moment. The flashing looks great.
