Car was hunting not & wasn’t running well

He came out that same evening and diagnosed the issue, ive had the same issue for atleast a year and had other mechanics out but not fixed the issue so was getting fed up . Louis knew straight away what the issue was and is an extremely knowledgeable bloke. Will be using louis going forward. Genuine nice bloke thanks

10Verified ReviewWow what an amazing customer experience - we had unexpected engine warning lights come up on our VW GOLF & after a unaffordable quote from VW we used Checkatrade to get a quote & within 30 minutes Louis made contact & sensing our concern & urgency explained everything that needed to be done; I received the quote shortly after our telephone conversation which was so competitive I was pleasantly surprised! He collected the car from our home, completed the specialist clean/regen, replaced the battery & delivered it back to us the very next day!! Louis thank you so much! Exceptional!

10Verified ReviewLouis told me he would pock up car at 5am, yes that's 5am ut her was here earlier. He kept in touch throughout the day with regards to the work he was doing. Louis said that he would return the car at 6.3pm but he actually delivered it back all serviced and MOT'd with the service record stamped at about 4.30. I am really happy with the work he has carried out, and I will absolutely without question be calling on his services again 10/10 ....... Thank you Louis
