  We very quickly received a quote for a new bannister and spindles, our work was then booked in and was completed when arranged and within the expected timeframe. Mike and his colleague were very tidy throughout, hoovering each night and ensuring there was no mess. Mike also took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and was able to match our request. Overall we are very happy with our new bannister, any queries weve had throughout have been responded too very quickly and professionally putting our minds at ease.

  We couldn't recommend Mike highly enough. His time keeping was superb turning up exactly when promised and he worked tirelessly throughout the day. His self imposed standards and expectations are incredibly high which meant he didn't leave until his work had met the standards he had set for himself. He was very polite and courteous and has a great sense of humour too. We were left more than delighted with the work he did for us and will definitely be contacting him for any future joinery work.

  I’ve know Mike for some time and he has done many jobs for me with great craftsmanship, he’s carried out jobs at my business address and at my home, he is honest and open and always advises to the best of his expert knowledge. Mike has a great eye for detail and every job has always been left with an immaculate finish. He’s a genuine and honest tradesman. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

• Loft conversion

  BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT Lyons Joinery is simply the Bees Knees. Mike came round to assess the situation with the loft and within the first five minutes I know he was the one for the job. Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I asked lots of questions and he reassured me with his answers. Believe me, I thought my loft space was unusable but how wrong was I. Mike and his work pal Nathan are so so amazing. From the design of the new must have staircase to those little finishing touches that are so important. I just cannot recommend these guys enough. They grafted non stop.

  Mike and the boys are a great bunch of lads. Tidy throughout. Mike has carried out a number of projects for me over the years. A large tailored decking area with custom fencing. New oak and glass stair rails. Supply and fit oak doors and skirting throughout. And also replaced soffits and gutters. If you want cheap go elsewhere. If you appreciate Great Service and Fair Pricing then Lyons Joinery will not let you down. Thanks Mike.
