  The shower arm had sheared off behind the tiles! So I put the job on Checkatrade and was soon contacted by Glen. After sending a couple of photos and a brief telephone call an appointment was made for the following day. Glen arrived on time and after inspecting the damage he ran through the options. Remove a couple of tiles or try with the tiles in situ, but that could end up with them cracking anyway. Nothing to loose, leave the tiles on and an hour later the shower was fixed.

  Glenn gave me a date and arrived on time on the morning. I showed him the issue, to which he talked me through the problem. Glenn got to work straight away. Very professional and tidy. Fitted 3 new radiators which all look fantastic. Glenn was very polite and professional and did a cracking job. Even spared time to sort out the dripping on the bathroom tap.
