  • Created new doorway.

    We wanted a doorway knocked through between the kitchen and garage, plus a new external door fitted. Martin gave a very competitive estimate, and we contracted him to do the work. The work was completed within the timeframe he intimated and there was no mess to clean up. He consulted us every time a snag occurred that required a customer decision and gave good advice when we were not sure what to do. The quality of his work is exceptionally high, and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to this site's customers or my friends and neighbours.

    We were given Steve’s detail by our architect for an extension and internal alterations. Steve’s workmanship, experience and knowledge were second to none. This meant he was able to work round and solve any problems that were inevitable when altering an old property. He liaised with building control and there was never a problem or delay. He worked neatly and as cleanly as possible giving high regard to the fact we were living in the house at the time. Steve consulted on all decisions giving useful advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anybody undertaking building work.

  • Kitchen conversion

    M2 have done 2 jobs for us, an internal kitchen extension , a large complex job requiring steels and props. Steve was knowledgeable and skilled, always on time, kept the site incredibly clean, always friendly and communicative, talking us through each stage and working with his contractors for plumbing and electrical work, made suggestions and even saved us money. The space looks fantastic. The second job, an external car port he designed and constructed last year with great skill, sourced all the materials, did groundworks and joinery, all within 2 days. We would not hesitate to call him.

These include small and medium sized extensions, renovations and conversions, wall removal and structural steel fitting, internal layout alterations, plastering, tiling, joinery as well as garden landscaping, patios, garden and retaining walls. We also work along side qualified and registered electricians and plumbers.
