    Tommy answered my call straight away. Advised me on the phone and told me what he thought had occurred. Tommy arrived when he said he would and did a fantastic job. He explained everything as it happened and was correct as to what the problem was. Very pleased and we would definitely call Tommy again should we have any problem again.

    Was lovely speaking to Tommy he took his time to listen to what issues were and was honest in saying what he was and wasn't able to do. Would defo use him if I had a blockage as too many inexperienced people out there who think anyone can do this job! I have already had two people out who weren't able to competently do the job!

    I rang recently regarding a blocked drain issue. After asking various questions about the problem, he advised the work could be carried out free of charge by contacting United Utilities. He was very friendly, explained everything clearly and showed a level of honesty rarely seen today. Hopefully I’ll have no drainage issues in future, but if I did, I would only be ringing Madden’s.

    Maddens responded very quickly to the post on Checkatrade. Without being pushy, they quickly understood the job and reassured me it was something they could handle. They offered an immediate estimate and even though there was a bit more work than expected....with some tree roots that needed clearing as well as an horrendous amount of festering sewage...they stuck to the quoted price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My name is Thomas Anthony Madden (Tommy). Thank you for taking the time to look at my page.  

I have been in this industry for over twenty years. A Madden Drainage is run by myself.

I specialise in CCTV surveys for Homebuyers and also undertaking surveys for rat detection in drains, drain unblocking and repairs to collapsed drains.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I am DBS checked and fully insured.  I am a member of National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC)
