  • Had solar panels fitted so scaffolding was needed for access to our roof.

    Very disappointed in the experience. Plants were squashed in our front garden and a paving slab taken up to use under their scaffolding. Had no call to advise they were coming to dismantle so woke up in my bed to men taking the scaffolding down. Also a call would have allowed me to notify guests in our BnB that there would be early noise. No appreciation for the importance of communication.
