  Really pleased with Luke and his team! We could rely on them for all requirements of the job on a daily basis. On time, efficient and tidy, always conscious to our living needs ensuring the site was safe for our family while we were still around during the project. Luke has personally ensured nothing has been left outstanding and has remained in touch beyond their work while we have other aspects of the build completed by other tradespeople ensuring everything links together to achieve the end goal. Really apprecaited additonal ideas / advice outside of original plans during the project!

  Luke and his team are very professional, friendly and great tradesman. Absolute pleasure to work with! We had garage conversion done and the workmanship is of highest quality. Work finished ahead of schedule and on budget, which is always a great thing. Luke communicated very efficiently throughout the project and also provided number of great suggestions. Site was left clean and tidy when they finished. Would highly recommend Madeley Design and Build.

  Luke and his team have been phenomenal. From start to finish so reliable, professional and courteous. Timings were pretty much spot, we added on extras which was no bother. Whatever they were working on they put so much effort in. Luke was great at keeping us informed, checking we were happy and discussing any issues. We’ve had no problems. The build was everything we hoped it would be and we’d recommend Luke and his team in a heartbeat. My children miss them being outside everyday as they’d always chat to them which they loved. You wont go wrong if you use Luke and his team.
