• Complete house refurb

  I asked Martin and his team to carry out a major refurbishment project for us. It was a complete top to bottom job from roof to new carpets and laminates, the walls were taken down to bricks for a thorough finishing. Martin and his team surpassed themselves again. will not hesitate to recommend the Magnum team to anyone wanting a refurbishment project. Very thorough and on time and they clean up after themselves. Kudos to the Magnum team, if 6 star was a rating, I would give it. FD Cov

• Toilet in "Ulity Room" due to extreme moisture needed to be addressed.

  Magnum had to 1st build a stud wall,insulating with Celetex,then plaster, Tiled the floor with customer's purchase of tiles.Fitted an Electric Radiator. Aldis was always punctual, and worked too a very high standard. Once the plaster had dried Valdis then arrived to paint all the toilet according to customer's choice of paint . Valdis always worked to a very high standard. I wound definitely recommend "Magnum Building Services Ltd" for any type of work needed to be done in your property.

• Reasonable quote turned into countless problems, leaked kitchen pipe and ruined new flooring!

  Straightforward mini-renovation turned into wishing we'd never accepted Magnum and why decent builders had a long wait for work! Unqualified workers ruined our new kitchen worktops leaving next no overhang on the island and cheap finishing all over, brand new doors cut wonky leaving big wedged gaps visible in the door frame, internal wall removed and patched up flooring and coving with what can only be described as an awful DIY job whilst being pestered for payment. 7 months later we've found a slow drip and mould, infested under the kitchen sink piping when they'd fitted new sink! Absolutely AVOID!

  I arranged for a site visit to a relatives property, I arranged for family members to be present, both family members have a considerable distance to travel. After 30 minutes of waiting around for Magnum builders to arrive, we contacted them only to be told that they were supposed to contact me, this was left with them to do 5 days before planned visit. I received no phone call - very disappointed -TIME WASTERS!!!
