Fitting of NEST Thermostat
10Verified ReviewIan did a great job installing a NEST thermostat to our existing oil boiler. Our property has never had a heating thermostat and the existing wiring made this a challenging job. However, Ian worked his way methodically through all the issues as they arose - even the curve ball of discovering that our cylinder thermostat wasn't working properly either. Ian has called several times since to make sure we are happy and everything is working as expected. We would highly recommend Mainly Sparks Ltd.

10Ian came out very quickly. Was very calm and reassured me straight away. He fixed the problem but identified another so I am going to get him back to complete the new works. Very kind very knowledgeable and all round Nice chap.

10Verified ReviewWe had issues with fluctuating water temperatures up until a few days ago when our shower decided to call it a day on hot water completely. Ian was recommended to us by a local plumber and was great from start to finish. 1. He answered the phone past 5pm on a Friday evening! 2. He offered to turn up the next morning (Saturday) to fit the new shower. 3. He arrived on time and was very friendly (especially with our dog). 4. Completed the job professionally and tidily. Exceptional customer service, couldn’t fault him. Will definitely be calling ‘Mainly Sparks’ for future electrical works!
