  Installation June 2023. Twice - alarm issues 1st told us national grid surging. We knew it wasnt - fuse upgraded when our Air Sourced Heat Pump installed MMHG - we need to pay visit - system had only been installed less than 6 weeks when alarm issue started. We debated - free engineer attended. Advised - updates to instalation. Alarms still going off and system tripping out. Next engineer - updated fuse and other "stuff" Jan 24. Now we have stopped sending power back to grid AVOID AVOID AVOID

  Initial video call, variables of solar installation explained well. Allowed us to make an informed decision on No. Panels, inverter and batteries, which in turn allowed us to standardise quotes. Gathered 5 quotes, MMHG prices were competitive. Felt confident in the quality of work MMHG would produce. Lead time very good (2 weeks) once order placed. Kit delivery, scaffold up, roofers, electricians, bird proofing, EV charger and scaffold drop all within 10 days. Installers positioned kit exactly as per demonstration neat and tidy.

  I came across MMHG via Santander as they were offering a discount. After contacting a few other companies for quotes I settled on MMHG. The advice and guidance their guru gave me, made me confident that I was in safe hands. The customer care team managed the project from start to finish, even chasing the scaffolders to take down the scaffolding. The system was installed far sooner than any of the other companies could offer. Really happy we went with MMHG.

  I contacted a number of solar companies and chose MakeMyHouseGreen due to the excellent advice I was given without any form of pushing by the engineer I spoke to who provided the best system for me at a very competitive price. The installation couldn't have gone better - the scaffolding went up a few days before and all the panels arrived on time with the installers arriving the next day. They kept me informed of their arrival and were great despite the rain and freezing temperatures. The electrician took me through all the various controls and she did a great job of hiding all the cables.

  I have been really impressed with the MakeMyHouseGreen team. I had a few consultations with Alex who ran through the process and what systems I could have on my property - I was never pressured into a sale and he was brilliant to providing the information on all options.
